Sore neck and shoulders: Ow.

Very sore hips and low back: Ow. Ow.

Cramps: Ow. Ow. Ow.

Turning my computer room into my own personal club and dancing myself breathless (aka shaking my ass) for nearly 2 hours straight last night, causing the puppy-dog to run and hide for fear of becoming my dance partner and certain t00bs on Y!M to crack up at my antics, proclaiming I should have had a webcam on so they could see: PRICELESS!
